The Next Step

Well absence makes the heart grow fonder. Well I am proud to say that I have finish training to be a soldier and now, I am a trained soldier. My BMT days are over and a new chapter begins... Yes I did enjoy my block leave eventhough the rest of the gang went to KL and had loads of fun. I stayed back to sunny Singapore and did a lot of gaming. I went all out to find the newest games and acquire them as soon as I can. Faizal didn't went to the KL trip so we spend most of the time hanging out with each other. I helped him abit on painting his room to a lighter colour (caravan) and he followed me to Sim Lim Square where I bought my new and improve graphic card. This card is cheap and it performance in games is great. Value for money I say... After that IKEA we went. Shopping for furniture. And finally we meet up with Bupek at town. Days passed and guys got back from their holiday. The next thing I know it was Shikeen's Birthday Celebration. Well it went well and I am still waiting for the pictures we took. After the so called celebration at Bayshore, we proceed to Double O and continued the celebration there. I had a blast and so was the gang. A real party after my BMT! Well on came 19th of September...Posting! Well I got posted to OETI. There I will be trained (yet again) as a technition. Repair vehicles and such. It a staying out camp so its not that all bad. In fact, a week has gone by and I kind of like the place. The people were great and the instructors there rock! I hope they stay that way for the next three months. I finish the course on 16th December 2005. The another block leave perhaps? Well that about it for now. Till the next entry ya! ~~Peace Out~~

The Memory Remains

By the time you guys read this, I will be long gone off to another life, another island. And that ladies and gentlemen is NS life and Pulau Tekong. Life is great up till now and I enjoy myself as a civilian. I hope in this next phase, I will enjoy life even more but this time as a NS man. The clock is ticking wickedly at me and I am well prepared for my amazing journey ahead. Today I had a great day. I watched a movie played soccer and 'lepak'. This three things is my basic needs in life. Well watched Mr and Mrs Smith with my soldier brother, Helmie today at 4.40 p.m. Its a great show and I recommend it to everyone who likes: comedy, action and romance. Wahahaha! Angelina Jolie was great in this movie and she really show off her 'assets' for being a good actor. Oh well. After that the gang and I played soccer and we had a blast. It wasn't a great soccer match but it was indeed a match to be remembered. After soccer, we head down to Raimah and had our laughs and daily dose of teh tarik. Its a great day...Well for the most of us...I think. But before I leave you, I would like to tell you guys to take care and smile. And think of me when you laugh. Some Kind Of Monster?

Time to move on! Move Out, more like it. This is great. It is drawing closer. It like a freaking bad dream. Its like a Monster chasing after me. This is one chase I cannot outrun. Well I still have 7 more days. In fact I am able to conjure some courage...So bring it on Bitch! Wahahahaha! Yes this the new and improve Aron Norashid! More powerful, more handsome (ahem), more funnier and serious than before! I'm back with a vengeance. Ah well, in the end of the day I'll know that I am able to overcome this Monster. I am Master Aron Norashid. A Jedi Master. There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no ignorance, there is knowledge. There is no passion, there is serenity. There is no chaos, there is harmony. There is no death, there is the Force. That's the Jedi Code for you. I remembered it from Knights Of The Old Republic. Well I sat down with the gang today at our home (505). We did more reminiscing and update Fidud on what is going on with our lives. Well that's about all really. It may be a lame day for you guys but hey, I enjoyed every second of it. It was a bliss. The Unnamed Feeling

What can I do? All I can do for now is just sit here and wait for the day for me to go in. There is not much I can do here. I don't know what to do but wait. But is it the right thing to do? Should I just go all out and live my life to the fullest till the day comes? I don't know. I cannot conjure enough energy to be the man I "used" to be. People change for the worst or for the better. I don't believe I have change at all. So is it bad not to change? Is it natural? Come to think of it what am I doing to myself? Even I don't understand myself. But one thing for sure, my feelings for my family and friends will never change. They have made me the man, son and brother of who I am now. For that I thank them a lot. Its nice to see my brothers to be busy and content with their personal life. Time to move on I guess. Training to be soldier I shall. Destroy the Sith I Will. A Day With Star Wars

What a great day I had. I just got home from the movies. Star Wars was great. I had great fun with my family tonight. Its been awhile actually. Well the movie is great and it was cool to see the fall of a gifted and powerful Jedi, Anakin Skywalker. But before I go more into that, let me tell you what I did earlier. Met up with Hannan, Amin, Shahira and Helmie at 505. Yes I said Helmie! Yeah, he is back! The voice has returned! Wahahaha... Well I had a fun with them and shortly after that Achap, Shahnaz and Reza joined us. It's great to see different people from all walks of life to be at one table talking and sharing jokes. It was around 9 pm that I called my Dad where we will be meeting up for our movie cum family outing. (I just said cum!) Anyways, the movie is great. It's the best in the six part Star Wars Movie. The special effects is so life like and the lightsaber duels were majestic. Amazing! George Lucas, I would like to thank you very much for your imagination, commitment, vision and hardwork to give the world and to me the magic of Star Wars. This being the LAST Star Wars movie, I was sad but I felt satisfied. Its been great. I grew up with Star Wars and it's kinda been my inspiration in life. To be good. To be a Jedi. A Day To Remember?

What to do... In a few short weeks I'm entering Tekong. I have mix emotions. I'm excited but yet reluctant. I'm ecstatic but yet sad. Am I going crazy? Haha... I think I'm just plain nervous. Well today I had an ok day actually with the gang. Today did some "acting". Wahaha... I felt like a superstar... So fun! Anyways I went to the barber and cut my hair. I wanted to cut bald just to be ready for NS but I decided not to. Met up with Hannan and Amin at Tampines until the rest of the gang came. Hmmmm... Shahira ( I think that's her name) aka Ceylon came down first then Reza followed by Rudy then Shahnaz. After that... Damn I can't remember... I'm getting old. Well, did a lot of reminiscing today. Talking about the good olds day and special events that had happen in our circle of friends. It was all good. We joked, we laugh. I joke, they laugh. You know the usual stuff. Corny jokes was the highlight of the day. This week is going to be a great week. This is due to the Star Wars movie: Revenge Of The Sith. I am going to watch it at least twice. A Day To Download

Well its been awhile I download stuff. This is due to the shutdown of one of the best website in my world; suprnova.org. They had everything: movies, games, tv shows and many more. I was disappointed by their sudden departure. But that ladies and gentlemen, was months ago. Now there is a new kid on the block. It's back! Well sort off... mininova.org! I learned this from Faisal who was also surprise by their existence. I immediately start downloading. I downloaded the movie that I downloaded months ago; Garden State. Not only that I downloaded The Killers' Album, Hot Fuss and many other mp3 songs from various artists. Man, I cannot remember the last time I downloaded this much. I think I'm mad... I have already watch Garden State and its a great movie. It is worth the wait. It has a great characters and a funny story. I recommend this movie to anyone. The next movie I am currently downloading is Super Size Me. Well it's not actually a movie but it's a documentary about a guy who eats nothing but McDonald's for a month and almost died because of it. Can't wait for it to finish. Okay Im going to NS... Why? Because I have completed the course of Computer Engineering! I have graduated! I have a freaking diploma! All thanks to the last minute studying. I would like to say thanks to My friends for giving me support and my family for the patience you have for me. Well guys, to tell you the truth, the reason I did not put frequent entries is because I am busy playing my playstation 2. Damn, I finished on final Fantasy X and I am now playing its sequel, Final Fantasy X-2. Well I think I played half-way. Anyways I bought Smackdown vs Raw and Pro Evolution Soccer 4. Both are great multiplayer games man. Hehehe. Well school has reopen and I'm busy studying and making my teaching notes for the new semester, MY FINAL SEMESTER OF SCHOOL! Wahahaha! A Day To Recap

Well I bought a Playstation 2 for myself and I am very happy to have it. In three short days I manage to complete Metal Gear Solid 3. At this very moment I'm finishing San Andreas and also Final Fantasy X. Its all good. I have been busy with the games that I could not find time to write an entry in my blog but I manage to do it today. Well I have been downloading my favourite show over the internet and its all good. Joey, Scrubs and Charmed have been great, epescially Charmed. Damn I love that show!!! Wahahahaha! For today I fall sick and had a high fever. I feel abit better now. Well I like to say congrats to our First Singapore Idol Taufik Batisah! I wish all the best for your new life as a singer and also a Singapore Idol. Anyways, my dad bought a new high tech Notebook/Laptop. But the downside of it, it is relly heavy. Well its 3.06 ghz with 512 mb ram, 40 gig HD space with nvidia fx go 5100 as its graphic card. A Day At Home And A Night Of Pool

Well, I just got back from pool. As usual we meet up at Marharba and wait for the rest of the gang. Everyone was there except Reza, Helmie and Zul. First we went to Middle Road to play at The new Pool Junction but it was full and we had to go to Marine Parade to play at HotShots. HotShots is where Pool Junction used to be. Anyways, the new Pool Junction is great. Its big, classy and has it own cafe! Man, talk about expending to new heights! Well pool today is great I played better than the last time at Grandlink Square. I won more game than I lost, which is good. To top that off I defeated Zaki. Hahaha. Well after the 'pool tour' we headed back to Marharba to have our 'sahur' and Zaki crack us up with his corny and cool jokes (as usual). I had a good time and maybe we will have the same fun tomorrow. Well before all that fun, I was busy painting the walls and celing of my room. It was a tiring ordeal and I finish in time to have a two hour nap. My room now looks good and neat. And to top it all of I was on TV!! A Day At Home II

Well, I spend my whole day at home (again) and I did alot of cleaning. And I do mean ALOT. I clean my room, I scrap the unwanted bumps on the master bedroom's toilet's ceiling, I sweep the floor and paint the kitchen's toilet and I was super tired. After that ordeal I had to rest my aching body. So I give myself a nap. A nap lasted till I was able to break my 'fast'. Tomorrow, I still need to do more painting. I will start to paint my room first then the living room and the other rooms. I am happy that I can still contribute something for the apartment as I didn't buy anything for it. Ah well, I am playing this kick as PC game called Far Cry and it rocks. Well its kinda hard to play but nonetheless a good game. A Day At Johor

Its been sometime I went to Johor with my family. Well the plan is to go Johor at noon and COME BACK before maghrib. But we end up breaking our fast at johor. We went shopping as usual and I bought a new 'songkok'. We didn't buy much things for ourselves but we buy a lot of things for the apartment. Hahahaha, home improvement eh? I finally cut my hair and I hope its worth it. Legend says if I cut away my hair, i cut away my bad luck too. I hope get my Playstation 2 on my birthday. If not I am going to buy it for myself as a birthday present for me. Well the best part of the trip is that my dad bought me a pack of cigarettes, Marlboro Reds to be exact. And I was like so shocked! Well I know that he knows that I smoke but parents should discourage their sons or daughters to smoke right? Its the right thing to do, right? Well its my lucky day I guess. Damn what a day. Well when we got back to Singapore, I met up with Zaki and Achap. We played pool at Grandlink Square. After a short while, Zul and Azna came. I played badly today eventhough I partnered with ZakI. Zaki became frustrated at me because I played so badly. Hahahahaha, I don't blame him. I played like a 2 year old! A Day At Home

Well today I spend my whole day at home. Well as you guys may know, Hari Raya is around the corner so my dad and I start to do some scrapping of paint today. Today I basically scrap the paint of kitchen's toilet. It hard work. Tomorrow I will continue with the rooms and also the masterbed room's toilet. Maybe On Wednesday, we will start painting the apartment. Oh yeah, we still need to buy some more paint though. I would write my entry sooner today but somehow blogger's traffic today is terrible. Ah well this kind of things are normal. I finished downloading and watched Joey episode 7 and also The Green Screen Show episode 5. Both of the shows are great and as usual I can't wait for the next episode. Well tomorrow will be more 'housework' so god give me the much needed strength to do these tiring tasks :D. A Pool Day With The Gang

Well played pool with the gang tonight and i just got back. I did well tonight. Eventhough it has been months since I last played pool. For the past few weeks the gang and I played pool at 'Lai-Lai'. Before the 'pool tour', I met up with Wan Pink, Zaki and Achap. We sat down at Marharba and started to talk. We were in a middle of our conversation and suddenly a small little man came up to us and start to 'salam' us. It was the one and only 'Mini-Zul'. Wahahahha. Damn midget person. The midget work at Marharba where we had our 'teh' and also our conversation. Everytime he talks to me he tries to 'hit-on' me. That is very creepy, makes my skin crawl. Well thats life I guess. Well at least my life. Hahaha. Anyways Hannan and Khalid join us shortly after that. Hannan show me the pictures we took during the DHL chalet at Pasir Ris way back when. Saw a great pic of me and the people from the chalet. I shall post it in the blog once i have it and also 'digitalized' it. From then on we wait for the arrival of Khalid Badip. Finally after a night without much sleep I finished most of the features in my blog. The funny thing is I'm not tired. Well since this is a post I shall write more about my day/night. I have watch the new metallica movie, Some Kind Of Monster, (via download of course) and it is really good. I recommend to all MetallicA and non-MetallicA fans alike. I thought I knew MetallicA, but after watching this movie I was wrong! Damn! Anyways I finish downloading Garden State but I accidentally deleted it. My word! I spend 2 days downloading the darn file and it is all gone to waste. I don't want to re-download again, its a waste of time. Looks like i have to watch the movie elsewhere. Who knows if I'm desperate enough I might download it again. Ah to the hell of downloads! Well today is Friday, so I might able to meet the gang but I expect full strength tomorrow.
